Management Team

Mr. Kushagr Ansal, an MBA with specialization in Finance from Bentley College, USA, joined the sales and marketing department at Ansal Housing in 2001. He heads the marketing and business development division, in addition to looking after the overseas projects. He has attained state-of-the-art expertise in System Management and is a great source of strength and inspiration to his team members as they successfully choose newer targets.

Mr. Karun Ansal has done his Bachelor of Science, Marketing in May, 2004 from Bentley College, USA and Masters of Business Administration (Finance) from Bentley College, Waltham, USA in 2007. He has attained state- of- the art expertise in System Management in addition to knowledge of subjects like basic financial markets, equity valuation, mergers & acquisitions, strategic management, sales management, e-commerce etc. During his training and service with Deloitte & Touche LLP and Citizen Bank, a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Scotland, Mr. Ansal got experience in post merger issues, budget analysis, developing and implementation of a financial audit plan, accounting, auditing, Internal control assessment and policy & procedure review.

Mr. Tarun Kathuria is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 34 years of professional service. He has been with the company for over 27 years and heads the Finance Department as well as IT Department.

Mr. Sabu Thomas is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Symbiosis, Pune. A seasoned campaigner, Mr. Thomas has over 33 years of experience in Service and Hospitality industries, including a stint as Associate Director (BD) with Hyatt Regency. He has been with the company for over 20 years and heads HR/ ADMN and Facility management operations for the Group.

Mr. Vijay Mahajan, who heads Sales & Accounting Department at Ansal Housing Limited, is also a Chartered Accountant by qualification & brings with him over 3 decades of rich experience in various sectors, including over a decade of professional work in Dubai.

Mr. SS Kaushik is M.Com., LLB, FCA having specialized in the field of Taxation. He heads Taxation Department at Ansal Housing Limited, being responsible for all compliances of Direct as well as Indirect Taxes. Mr. Kaushik has nearly 40 years of professional service behind him, out of which 16 years have been with the company.

Mr. Vipin Mehta is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University and also holds PGDBM from IMS Ghaziabad. With an experience of over 26 years in various industries, including his time at Bata, Mr. Mehta has been working in the company for about 20 years and has had a dynamic influence on the entire workforce in the company.

Ms. Ranjita Krishna is an Economics graduate and a Gold Medallist in MBA (Mktg.). Starting her professional career in Marketing department with couple of major realty players, she joined Ansal Housing Limited in the year 2006. Over the last 17 years, she has successfully rose through the ranks & today leads a highly dedicated team which handles projects across North India, with complete focus on the company’s topline and bottom-line profitability.

CS Shalini Talwar, an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She possesses over 7 years of experience in the fields of handling end-to-end compliances of Listed and Unlisted Companies. She has a profound knowledge of Secretarial matters and having deep insight in areas of Corporate Laws, Corporate Governance and SEBI related matters. Mrs. Talwar has been associated with Ansal Housing Limited since August, 2016.
