Mr. Kushagr Ansal joined the Board on 26th August, 2006 as Whole Time Director. He is an MBA in Finance from Bentley College, Waltham, USA which is one of the front ranking Management Institutes in USA. He has attained state-of-art expertise in System Management in addition to his exceptional skills in Finance. He has rich and varied experience in Marketing and Finance. He is looking after Business Development, Finance, Legal and Marketing functions in the Company.

Ms. Iqneet Kaur is a Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate. She also holds a Masters Degree in Commerce. She is a renowned practicing Company Secretary and has more than 20 years rich professional experience. Ms. Iqneet Kaur has served in the corporate sector before venturing out as a practicing Company Secretary in the year 2006. Before joining the practice side of profession she was associated with Amtek Group, an Auto Ancillary manufacturer.

Mr. Bal Kishan Sharma is a Qualified Law Graduate and Company Secretary with having more than 29 years of rich expertise in the areas of Legal Affairs, Company Secretarial Functions, Commercial matters, and other allied matters of manufacturing, trading, Real Estate, NBFC Companies and having thorough knowledge of real estate matters. He is enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi w.e.f. August, 2018 and since then practicing in Delhi & NCR Courts in the areas of Insolvency & Bankruptcy, UPRERA matters, Civil & Criminal matters, Arbitration matters, Corporate Law, Consumer matters, Writ petitions in High Court, Supreme Court of India.

Mr. Rajendra Sharma has had a long association with the Company. A Commerce graduate, he began working at Ansal Papers Limited in 1971 and joined Ansal Housing Limited in 1989. Since his superannuation in 2011, he has continued to provide his services as an advisor on a retainer basis. Throughout these 35 years, he has made a significant contribution to the company's expansion and success in the realty sector, particularly in matters of financial services, business management, local land acquisition, planning and zoning aspects, amongst others.
