Ansal Housing Limited is one of the premier companies of the Ansal Housing Group. The Company was incorporated on 22nd October, 1983 to undertake Real Estate Development and construction of multi-storeyed high-rise Residential / Commercial properties, Farm Houses etc.
Ansal Housing, an ISO 9001 : 2015 company, is a premier company in the area of Real Estate Development & Construction activity. AHL has already completed many development projects involving an area of about 76 million sq.ft. in places like Delhi, Mumbai, Meerut, Lucknow, Ghaziabad, etc. The company is presently having projects worth over Rs. 6400 crores with area under development of 27 million sq.ft. (includes 12 million sq.ft. built up area). The company is mainly focused on development of housing units in the price range of Rs. 25 lacs – 1.5 crores, with most of the company's products being in this price range. The company's projects are located in Mumbai, NCR of Delhi and various Tier-I and Tier-II towns.
